The Gamma2 Vittles Vault Stackable Pet Food Container is a perfect solution for storing pet food without worry. The container's dimensions are 15-1/2" high and 12" wide, and they just fit under the upper kitchen cabinets. There is wasted container space if you fill it with more than 2/3 full because the opening is so low that the stuff spills out. You can get around this by setting them with the longest side down, and when you use enough that it won't spill it out, you can use it as pictured. The container is not rodent-proof because the lid of it was partially chewed through, destroying the cover and gasket, but Gamma Seal lids can replace the lid and come with the gasket. The container smells like plastic when you first purchase it, but after washing with dishwashing liquid and water, and then airing out overnight, there is no more plastic smell. It lasts for almost 3 months, and the food stays fresh for a long time.
