The hose can connect to a standard 2 1/2" connection or a smaller size. The set includes two different tool adapters, and the larger one is flexible and can fit tools up to 1 5/8 inches with some effort. Improvisation may also be required on the tool end, treating the tool end of the connector as female, with the dust port on the tool fitting into the connector. It is high quality and works well with different hand-held power tools.
