Green Jewel, Replacement for Fender, for Lamps/Bulbs

### Editorial Review The Green Jewel replacement for Fender lamps and bulbs has received a varied response from customers, significantly influenced by its compatibility and color rendition. Many users confirmed that the product is an excellent fit for Fender amplifiers such as the Hot Rod Deluxe and Princeton models, providing an appealing aesthetic upgrade over the standard red jewel. In these cases, customers expressed satisfaction with the product’s quality and the reasonable pricing compared to official Fender options. However, there were notable frustrations surrounding its compatibility with non-Fender amps, particularly the Orange TH30 head. While it initially seemed like a fit, users reported that the threading did not match, making it unsuitable for this type of gear. This discrepancy has left some customers looking for an alternative solution, indicating the product is tailored specifically for Fender devices. Another significant point of contention is the color quality of the jewel lens. While the green hue is appealing to some, a common critique emerged regarding its brightness and vibrancy. Users noted that, once illuminated, the lens appears more clear with a slight green tint rather than exhibiting a rich, deep green. Many felt that compared to jewels from reputable brands like Mesa Boogie and Fender, this replacement fell short in terms of color depth and aesthetic presentation. In summary, while the Green Jewel replacement performs well for its intended Fender amp applications, it may not fulfill everyone's expectations—especially for those seeking vibrant color depth or compatibility with other amplifier brands. ### Pros and Cons **
