21st Century Vitamin C 500mg Prolonged Release Tablets, Immune, 110ct

21st Century Vitamin C 500mg Prolonged Release Tablets are designed to support immune health through gradual vitamin C release, which may enhance absorption. This product is suitable for those looking for a reliable source of antioxidants to combat oxidative stress. However, some nutritionists express concerns about prolonged release formulas, suggesting they may not be as effective for immediate needs. It's important to note that while vitamin C can support immune function, relying solely on supplements without a balanced diet may not be optimal for overall health. The ingredient quality appears standard, but individuals with specific dietary restrictions should check for allergens. Overall, this supplement can be a beneficial addition for those with higher vitamin C needs, but should complement a varied diet rather than replace whole food sources.
