The picker has good grip and closes to a 2" diameter in the center, making it easy to pick fruit from trees. However, it is not suitable for picking plums and garbage. The picker does not have a lock to hold fruit, and spare parts are available but only for order in bulk. The spring mechanism works well and has not jammed despite being dirty from fruit juice.
