Editorial Review
The Thrustmaster T.Flight Hotas 4 is a versatile and immersive flight simulator controller compatible with PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC. Customers have commended its user-friendly plug-and-play functionality, particularly on the PS4. Many users reported a significant enhancement in their gaming experience, especially with titles like Star Wars Squadrons and Elite Dangerous, highlighting the controller's ability to facilitate a more intuitive and engaging control scheme. The Construction feels robust, and the ergonomic design allows for comfortable, long-term gameplay, especially when the stick and throttle are separated. However, there are Consistent concerns regarding the controller's reliability. Some users have experienced issues such as drift in the joystick and intermittent pitch problems, indicating a need for careful setup and calibration, particularly on PC. The requirement to update firmware solely through Windows has also raised eyebrows, as players using other systems have found this inconvenient. Additionally, while the throttle design and button placements were appreciated, some users mentioned that the default button mappings could be counterintuitive. Overall, while the Thrustmaster T.Flight Hotas 4 provides an enjoyable entry point into the world of flight simulation controllers, potential buyers should be prepared for some initial tinkering and the possibility of calibration challenges. **
