Vornado Heaters & Accessories VH5 Editorial Review
The Vornado personal heater has garnered mixed but generally favorable reviews from customers, primarily highlighting its efficiency and practical design for warming smaller spaces such as offices, bathrooms, or workspace cubicles. Users appreciate the unit's ability to provide a direct warm air flow, which many find comforting, especially in chilly conditions. The heater operates quietly enough for some to use beneath their desks, producing a gentle, white noise that many find pleasant. The adjustable heating settings add to its functionality, offering options for fan-only use and two heat levels, which users find flexible for different comfort needs. However, there are some downsides mentioned by users. Some reviewers felt the noise level was higher than expected, especially compared to previous Vornado models. While the heater is marketed as "cool to the touch," some users noted that it still becomes noticeably warm, which could pose a risk if not positioned correctly. Additionally, a few customers pointed out an initial chemical smell that occurs during the first few uses, suggesting it benefits from being aired out beforehand. Overall, the Vornado personal heater is regarded as a reliable entry-level option for those seeking effective heating solutions for small spaces, combining portability with user-friendly features. **
