May it cut because I need 50 cm?
Answer: Yes, you can cut it. No problem. Make sure you seal the cut edge with some tape. -

Does it make a humming sound?
Answer: Yes, all tubes powered by battery do, but it is a very low sound. Some power supplies for EL tubes have a frequency over 200 Hz and those do not. The noise is caused by the voltage transformer. -

How bright is this tape? Can you see it if normal indoor lights are on, or only if it is in a dark environment?
Answer: This can be seen under normal indoor lighting, but it will look more dramatic in darker environments. -

Is it expandable? Can I link multiple strips to make it longer?
