The machine is balanced, and therefore any imbalance will come from an improperly manufactured wheel or improper mounting of the wheel. The customer service experience provided by Bucktools is exceptional. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with the purchase, their team is quick to respond and will provide refunds. The only suggestion for improvements would be to replace some of the hardware, but this is not a major issue.
