The TDZ 2004-2020 Air Cleaner Intake Moto Air Filter Replacement System Kit for Harley Sportster XL883 XL1200 X48 has garnered mixed reviews from customers who have installed this product on their bikes. Many users appreciate the aesthetics of the filter, noting that it looks good once attached to their Sportsters. Several customers with previous experience using this brand have reported that the replacement system works well, effectively fitting the dimensions expected. However, installation has raised concerns among users, primarily due to the quality of the components. A common issue noted is the tight fit of the engine bolts, with some users expressing apprehension about the bolt length and overall quality. Specifically, there were complaints regarding the diameter of the holes for the breather screws being smaller than stock, impacting the installation process. Users also recommended being cautious with the included screws to avoid stripping. Another notable point in the reviews is the suggestion that the product would benefit from the inclusion of a new gasket, as several users experienced challenges with compatibility. A few reviewers provided insights about the installation process, indicating a mix-up with the orientation of certain parts, which needed adjusting for proper fitting. On the whole, while the filter appears to improve performance—resulting in a better-running bike—concerns about the product's build quality and the installation instructions highlight areas for improvement. **
