Personal Transformation Editorial Review
Surrounded by Idiots by Thomas Erikson is a fascinating book about human behavior that delves into the four types of human behaviors and how to understand them. The book is based on the DISC profile system, which is explained in an easy to understand manner. The author presents numerous examples and provides suggestions that help the reader better interact with others. However, some reviewers felt that the book is too reliant on categorizing people based solely on their behavior. They warn that it’s too easy to make assumptions and stereotype based on just this aspect of personality. They suggest that other factors, such as generation, education level, or social status also play a significant role in determining an individual's behavior. Overall, Surrounded by Idiots is a helpful and insightful book that provides valuable information about human behavior. It is an excellent reference for those who wish to improve their ability to interact more successfully with others.
