It is easy to use and has good value. The cord is long enough at 80 inches. Also, the microphone can be used on either ear, which makes it convenient for users. This headset is compatible with windows 10 updates 2004, and it works with an iPad Pro with a USB-C adapter. However, there have been some complaints about the headset not staying on the ear very well. Some users have had to wear a headband to keep it in place. The physical mute button does not synchronize with the mute button on the meeting app, which can be a challenge for some users. The earpiece is designed to sit just outside the ear, not in the ear canal like earbuds.
