Nutritionist's Take
Seventh Generation Disinfectant Spray is primarily a cleaning product, not a nutritional one, thus it does not provide direct nutritional benefits as foods do. However, the ingredients, which are plant-based and feature essential oils like eucalyptus, spearmint, and thyme, can be considered safer alternatives to traditional disinfectants that contain harsh chemicals. The use of biodegradable ingredients aligns with healthier lifestyle choices focused on reducing chemical exposure and environmental impact. It's important to note that while the product is not directly ingestible, consumers with allergies or sensitivities to botanical ingredients should exercise caution. Overall, this disinfectant spray supports a healthier living environment but is not related to nutritional intake. It is suitable for those seeking eco-friendly cleaning options but is not a dietary supplement.
Seventh Generation Disinfectant Sprays & Liquids Editorial Review
The Seventh Generation Disinfectant Spray, Lavender Vanilla & Thyme Scent, is a natural sanitising product that can be used on both hard and soft surfaces. Customers have reported success using it on everything from reusable shopping bags to mattresses. It has a pleasant scent that is not overpowering, but some customers have stated it does not smell like eucalyptus or spearmint as advertised. The spray mechanism can get stuck, and some cans have been reported to leak, which may be a manufacturing issue. However, it is an effective product that can kill a range of germs, including C-19, according to one reviewer.
