It has been confirmed to fit 2008 Lancer GTS 2.0L 4 cylinder but not for 2005 3.8 Galant GTS or 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. The product does not come with a gasket, so it needs to be purchased separately. According to one user, it fixed the EGR issue on their 2009 Mitsubishi and was an easy fix. However, another user reported that their part only worked for a week and when they contacted the company to replace it, the delivery was canceled. Others highly recommend this product due to its great price, quick delivery, and it fixed their check engine light issue.
