The YHTAUTO Rear Hatch Gas Struts for Lexus models have received a mix of feedback from customers, highlighting both the ease of installation and issues regarding product specifications. For those who found the struts compatible with their Lexus RX330 and RX400h, the installation process was reportedly straightforward and efficient, with many noting they worked as advertised. However, significant concerns have been raised by other users regarding fitment and quality. A common complaint stemmed from struts that were either incorrectly sized or not fitting at all. Some customers received units that were claimed to be two inches too long and lacked proper attachment brackets, resulting in mounting difficulties. A few reviewers described issues with the struts being frozen or bent upon arrival, rendering them unusable without further modifications. This has led to frustration among customers who expected a straightforward replacement. Overall, while some users appreciate the performance when correctly fitted, many others have reported critical quality control issues and mismatches that detract from the product's overall value and reliability. **
