Unfortunately, it is made in China, but it goes through excellent quality checks in the USA before being delivered to the customers. The feet of the rack are 5/8 inches below the rack surface and 3/4 inches high, allowing proper air circulation under foodstuffs, resulting in even cooking. Moreover, it is quite versatile and can be used as a bbq rack. However, it may not be able to withstand direct heat from the lava rocks. Cleaning is a bit of a hassle due to the little spaces in between the wire; however, the rack is sturdy and not flimsy or gets bent out of shape while using it. Overall, this stainless steel baking rack and cooling rack is an excellent product for its price point, has high quality, is versatile, and fits perfectly on baking sheets/casseroles.
