Thunder Bearings THTR004 Editorial Review
The customer experience with this product has been overwhelmingly negative, primarily due to issues with orders arriving incomplete. Multiple customers have reported receiving only one truck instead of the expected pair, leading to significant dissatisfaction. This has caused frustration as they paid a premium price for an item that was misrepresented in terms of quantity and appearance. Reviewers noted that one of the trucks received was not only a disappointment in comparison to the product image but also had a lower price tag, leading to feelings of being misled. On the positive side, there are mentions of the truck's lightweight and good quality, indicating that when the product is received as intended, it meets customer expectations for performance. However, the recurring theme of receiving incomplete orders overshadows these positive attributes, resulting in an overall negative reception of the product.
