AmeriColor Food Coloring AM 105 Editorial Review
The AmeriColor Copper Soft Gel Paste has received a mixed yet predominantly positive reception among users. Many reviewers appreciate its versatility in creating various shades, particularly when it comes to achieving skin tones for baked goods like macarons and icing. The Consistency and ease of use of the gel paste stand out, as users can precisely measure out drops to reach their desired hue. This feature adds to the product's appeal, especially for those who engage in detailed baking projects. However, there are notable criticisms regarding the color accuracy. Some users found the advertised "flesh" color to be misleading, noting that it does not produce the expected skin tone for icing. Various attempts to recreate the desired shade resulted in unsatisfactory outcomes. Additionally, the price point of the product was frequently mentioned as a concern, with multiple reviewers wishing for multi-pack options to reduce cost. Concerns about uniform cooking results were also raised, hinting that various baking methods could affect end results. Overall, the AmeriColor Copper Soft Gel Paste is well-loved for its quality and ease of use, but potential buyers should weigh the possibility of color mismatch and higher price against its advantages. **
