Bogen PA Systems DRZ120 Editorial Review
The Bogen DRZ120 6-Zone Music Paging System has garnered a generally positive reception from users across various settings, showcasing its versatility and functionality. Customers have highlighted its robust audio performance, with many expressing satisfaction in its sound quality and the variety of audio inputs available. This makes it a suitable choice for diverse environments, such as bars, restaurants, and even kennels aiming to create a calming atmosphere for pets. Users have appreciated the ease of integration with existing audio systems, particularly the seamless connection to a 70V audio system. The multiple options for sound sources, including a built-in digital FM tuner and an MP3 player, enhance its usability further. However, one noted drawback is the lack of a dedicated volume control knob for the MP3 player, which necessitates using the remote control or setting it to maximum output, a feature that some users find inconvenient. While the overall build quality is praised, there were minor concerns regarding specific components, such as the bent mounting bracket upon arrival, which raises some questions about durability in shipping. Nevertheless, the amplifier's heavy-duty design has been commended, indicating it is likely to withstand the rigors of frequent use. In summary, the Bogen DRZ120 seems to be a reliable audio system that meets the needs of various users, offering great sound quality and flexibility, despite a few minor shortcomings in usability. **
