Electro-Voice Unpowered Cabinets ZLX15 Editorial Review
The Electro-Voice ZLX-15 15 2-Way Passive Loudspeaker is highly praised for its excellent sound quality and clarity. Users have noted that it produces a powerful and tight bass, even surpassing some subwoofer-equipped surround sound systems. The speaker is able to fill a small room with music without needing to turn the amp up past 25%, making it suitable for personal use or small venues. In terms of compatibility, the speaker has a connector type of Dual NL4 and can be easily connected to devices such as an ipod or computer using a speakon cable or an aux cord. While it does not have Bluetooth capability, it does have a mini jack for connecting a phone with a cord. The Electro-Voice ZLX-15 is a 2-way speaker, meaning it has a woofer and a tweeter for a fuller sound. It is important to note that the speaker is sold individually and not as a pair, and due to its popularity, it may not be deeply discounted. Overall, the Electro-Voice ZLX-15 15 2-Way Passive Loudspeaker receives high praise for its sound quality and power. It is a reliable choice for both personal use and small venues.
