Easycargo Heatsinks Editorial Review
The Easycargo 20pcs Heatsink Copper Pad Shims with 3M 8810 pre-applied thermal conductive adhesive tape are a simple and effective solution for cooling internal components on laptops and SBCs like Raspberry Pi, ASUS Tinker Board or ODROID. The copper pads vary in cleanliness but are effective in dissipating heat, reducing the risk of damage to integrated chips, and preventing system slowdown under heavy loads. The copper pads adhere well to surfaces and fit perfectly on RAM chips and CPUs. The thermal improvement is less obvious when applied to GPU RAM as they require a fan to work in tandem with the pads. The product comes with 18 pads instead of the advertised 20, and some users confirm they have used them on multiple builds with good results.
