Answer: The Hunter tool kit is nice. This probably will work with an Irritrol, seeing how there is three different tools in this kit. -

What does the orange tool do?
Answer: It is for the Hunter MP Rotator. -

Does one or all of these also hold the sprinkler head up while you adjust it for Rainbird and Hunter heads? Or is it necessary to get another tool?
Answer: I have successfully adjusted both my Hunter and Rainbird rotary heads with these tools. The adjustments are made with the system running, which will pop the heads up. You can then see the effect that your adjustments have on the radius or arc of the spray as you make them. (I learned this from watching tutorial videos online.)
