It comes with a condo and a scratching post. The navy color is beautiful and fits in perfectly with most room designs. Customers have used it for multiple cats; however, the base could be more substantial to make it sturdier. It is easy to assemble with the directions that are included. The carpet is flat, and cats cannot claw it, but some cats would instead rake through it. Homeowners have put a 50lb bag of sand at the base to help prevent it from falling; this seems to work well.
