The third input operates like the other 2 input channels and can be used as a trigger channel. The device works with Windows 7 but not with Windows 10 operating system. The device has limitations as an inexpensive digital scope including low bandwidth and waveform distortion near the top end, and a record length of 5 kB. The device comes with two basic 60 MHz hard plastic 1x/10x probes. However, the software is more user-friendly compared to similar devices such as Hantek. It has an intuitive user interface with preset measurements, such as rms and rise time. The software allows for printing, screen capture, and saving the data of waveform(s) in multiple formats. The device works fine for low voltage and relatively slow signals. The device can be powered through USB or a 5vdc power supply plugged in through an additional USB connector.
