    Answer: The straight edge ruler measures out to 38 inches long.

    Answer: I've seen no noticeable difference between edges in straightness. One edge is thicker.

    Answer: There not etched into the edge, appears to be a metal tape with measurements I tried to see if edge could be picked off but couldn't and didn't want to apply more force.
  • Question: How is it packed, is it sent in a good protected packaging?

    Answer: The straight edge is packaged in it's own cardboard sleeve, which was put into larger cardboard sleeve with additional packing paper. I would say it was well packed.

    Answer: What difference does it make? it's a quality item. very happy with it.
