While the case itself is well-made and provides good protection, the included screen protector is of poor quality and can be warped, making it difficult to see the phone's screen and affecting the overall user experience. Some customers also reported difficulty using the touchscreen due to the screen protector being slightly raised from the screen itself. However, the case has survived nasty drops without any evidence of damage and comes in high vis colors that make it easier to find.
