Answer: Hi, I am also very fair with a cool skin tone. I bought this on a whim and I was surprised how well it worked for me. It’s very creamy and blends easily. A little goes a long way but it definitely neutralizes redness. -

Answer: Our Mint Eye Disguise conceals under eye circles that have more red than blue. Once applied and left to settle for around 10 minutes, then a liquid foundation of choice, or a mineral powder foundation is applied over top, dark circles, blemishes, fine lines, and scars are concealed and a more even skin tone results. -
