You may try reaching out to the seller. If the color code 21 is a DMC color, you may find it at Michael’s Craft Store or Hobby Lobby which both sell the diamond gems and kits.

How do you secure the pieces when completed? Picture glue, decoupage glue?

The “diamonds” stick well, for the most part. I’ve had some that needed to be “finished” better. In that case, I use Tombow Mono Aqua Liquid Glue, Clear - it goes on nicely. Generally, if you are framing behind glass, you need nothing. You do lose some of the sparkle in doing so - but worth it for longevity.

Beads for starfish do not match the picture. I am misfits g bead 21, can u send?

My beads were perfect. Ask the supplier and they will replace the entire painting for you.

Do the diamonds stay on or do you have to do something after?

The diamonds definitely stay on. However, to preserve them longer. You can use Mod Podge glossy and then frame it. It looks really good afterward and hang it. Otherwise, dust will get into it and the diamond will eventually come off.

Are gems shiny or dull?

Some of the gems look shiny and some look shiny. The whole thing when done gives off a shiny appearance. After it's complete you can also seal it with glossy mod podge as I do to make sure the gems don’t peel off. I will submit a picture so you can see my daughters before the mod podge is place on it.

I did not get cement... ?

The picture has the adhesive right on it. Lift up the clear plastic on top of the picture. All you have to do is place the 'gem' where it belongs, according to the codes. It comes out to be a beautiful sparkling picture.
