It is suitable for use in boats as a gasoline or a fuel shut off valve, diesel fuel valves for tractors, and fuel lines. Customers using this valve for fuel shut off valued its excellent quality and secure feel during use. The Valve is made of brass material that is lead-free and has a maximum working pressure of 150 PSI. The package comes with two pieces of the valve, and each barb is 3/16 inches long with an overall dimension of 13/16 inches from end to end. It fits a 3/8" I.D hose, and the barb O.D measures 3/8". However, some customers complained that it is bulky and needs expanding of 3/8 PEX tubes for easy assembly.
