One customer found the product to fit well on their Sportster, but they required additional washers to achieve the desired clearance. Another customer was disappointed in the quality of the product and found that the shock hit the mount, prompting a return. A customer with a 2012 Dyna Fat Bob was pleased with the product, stating that it lowered their motorcycle just right. However, a customer with a bike that had air ride was disappointed to find that the product was only suitable for bikes with stock shocks. Another customer struggled with the installation of the product, as it did not come with instructions, and the bolts provided did not fit the holes on their bike. Additionally, the bolts that did fit got stripped quickly as they were cheaply made. One customer reported that the drop kit started bending after only two weeks of use on their Harley Lowrider, prompting them to remove it.
