**Editorial Review**: The product has garnered a mixed reception among customers, highlighting both its potential utility and Considerable shortcomings. Many users appreciate the tool's design for accessing difficult-to-reach connections, with some praising it as a "time and back saver" for plumbing tasks. It seems particularly beneficial for those needing a compact tool that can handle small installations. Additionally, a few reviewers have noted that, despite their initial skepticism, the tool operates as advertised in ideal conditions. However, this favorable feedback is contrasted sharply by negative experiences from several customers. Common criticisms revolve around the tool’s durability and effectiveness. Users have reported that the device broke upon first use, especially when tasked with standard-sized bolts. The complexity of its mechanism has led some to deem it unnecessary and, at times, dangerous due to its propensity to malfunction. Moreover, confusion over sizing metrics further aggravates the frustration expressed by users who expected a tool that delivers better performance for the price. Ultimately, while the product may serve a niche user in ideal situations, many find it lacking in reliability and practical application, describing it as ultimately "useless" for their needs. **Pros and Cons**:
