Will it fit 2016 rav4?
Answer: Thank you for choosing Magnaflow! Unfortunately, part #15646 is designed for a Honda, not a Toyota. At this time, it appears we do not have a kit readily available for your vehicle. -

Does it sound like a can of angry bees like most exhaust systems for civics? Specifically the D16?
Answer: No. Sounds nice and deep and best of all why I bought it no drone or much noise in the cabin -

Does it come with a ny state approved catalytic converter? if yes, will it pass inspection?
