    Answer: I store it in a jar in the refrigerator after opening the package, and I don't have any problem. As long as it stays dry, it can last forever.

    Answer: You can use it to make a coarse middle-eastern style bread, you need a recipe that is specifically use with bulgar it is not for regular bread.

    Answer: Not sure about the recipe but it is cracked wheat medium coarse. I use it for Tabouli and it does great

    Answer: It does say both Cracked Wheat and Medium Burghul #2. But it doesn't look at all like the cracked wheat that I used to buy in the bilk bins at Whole Foods to make my grainery bread. It didn't make too much of a difference in the bread but I think that's because I only used a couple of tablespoons. In my opinion, I don't think that it is the cracked wheat that we might be used to. Hope this helps!
