Performance Tool W30409 9mm by 11mm Flare Nut Wrench is a narrow profile and off-center openings wrench for removing flare nuts. It worked great for a customer with a GM car, but has some downsides. The wrench is imported from China and is 7.5 inches in overall length. The soft metal and slightly bigger size than a 19mm nut caused the wrench to slip and rounded off the edges of the flange nuts for some customers. Some customers found it to be poorly forged and not fit the head, leading them to throw it away. Others found that the tolerances were horrible and the wrench ruined their flare nuts, which led to expensive repairs. On the other hand, one customer liked the good finish and how well the wrench fit the fittings. Another customer found that the 14mm wrench was loose and measured unevenly.
