They are easy to install and produce good printing quality. One customer who is a lawyer mentioned that he uses it regularly for a month, printing a lot of documents, and it is not used up yet. However, there have been some complaints about the chips not being compatible with the printer's firmware. Some customers had to change out the chip with the HP chip for it to work properly. In some cases, the printer identifies the chips as non-HP chips, and the customer will need to press the "OK" button or wait for a few seconds to enable automatic calibration. Customers have also reported the cyan cartridge leaving streaks on pages and the yellow cartridge's chip not working after installation. One customer even received a defective product and had to return it. Another customer reported calling customer service but found that the telephone number does not work. Overall, the cartridges are a good replacement option for HP printers with good affordability and print quality. However, the compatibility issue with printer firmware and chip defects may cause frustration and inconvenience to some customers.
