The bed may scratch up floors if not carried, and there are no instructions. The assembly video lacks close-up shots, making it difficult to assemble the side railings even though they're challenging to assemble. The bed's controls are easy to use, and it can be raised and lowered. The bed is also quiet and spacious enough for a quadriplegic person. It is a bit too narrow, but it meets most needs.
