Kordon Aquarium Water Treatments Editorial Review
The Rapid-Cure medication is a treatment for Itch (white spot disease), Protozoan infections that cause fin damage, and other protozoan parasites. One drop per gallon of water can relieve symptoms in just 48 hours. The active ingredients include triethylene glycol and malachite green. Customers are advised to use this product carefully since it is not safe for snails and crawfish. The exact dosage depends on the size of the aquarium. Based on the customer reviews, there is a divided opinion about the effectiveness of the medication. Some customers found that it worked well and cured their fish of Ich or other parasite infections. However, others found that it had no effect on their fish, or worse, it killed them. There were also complaints about the product arriving damaged, which caused staining. The positive reviews praise the fast shipping and ease of use of this product. Overall, the Rapid-Cure medication may be helpful for treating Ich and other protozoan parasites, but customers must be cautious when using it and make sure to follow the instructions carefully.
