The LCD display is very user-friendly and the machine is quite durable. The coffee pot is also spill-resistant and the filter is easy to wash. Overall, it makes for "an excellent investment" that produces "quality coffee”, providing a great customer experience. Customers appreciated that the product came with good packaging and was delivered quickly. However, some customers had some complaints – the glass pot moves along with the coffee pot, it takes a long time to brew (17 minutes), only 900 watts of heating power, and the coffee cups were smaller than usual. Additionally, some customers experienced delivery issues with used merchandise.
