The Quick Charger for Hitachi Tools 14.4V-18V Lithium-ion Battery Slide Style is the perfect replacement for OEM chargers whose replacements from the manufacturer would have otherwise cost over $150. It charges rapidly, fits perfectly with Hitachi batteries and works great. Although it may be a cheap knockoff, it does work as promised. Customers are happy with no issues changing batteries and the charger is perfect for their projects without any difference in capacity compared to their old charger. However, the charger is larger than OEM.
