The 5PCS Official Creality 3D Printer Hotend Silicone Sock Heater Block Silicone Cover is a great replacement for the original silicone cover that comes with the Ender 3 V2 and other 3D printer models. The covers are exactly the same as the originals and work as expected. They slip right on and keep the hot end in check. It is important to note that these covers are not suitable for all models. They work well for the Ender 5 Plus and Ender 5 Pro. However, they are not suitable for the Ender 3 S1 or the NEO series 3D printers. They also will not fit the CR-10 V2 hot end assembly. When it comes to color there is no difference in performance between the blue and black silicone hot end sock. The sock can lose its grip on the edge closest to the heating element of the block but does not fall off due to the fit around the nozzle. It is recommended to use Kapton tape or any heat resistant tape on the backside of the heater block due to the silicone relaxing. Overall, if you need a replacement silicone cover for your Ender 5 Plus or Ender 5 Pro, these covers are a great option.
