LUX Programmable TX9000 Editorial Review
The Lux Products TX9000 Smart Temp Programmable 7 Day Thermostat has garnered a solid reputation from its users, primarily for its ease of use, functionality, and the responsive customer service that supports the product. Many customers appreciate how the thermostat is straightforward to install and program, leading to notable energy savings. Users report satisfaction with the thermostat's performance, particularly in managing heating systems effectively and automatically adjusting settings, which contribute to reduced heating costs. However, some recurring issues have been noted by customers. A major concern is the readability of the LCD screen, especially in low-light conditions, which forces users to rely on flashlights for adjustments at night. Additionally, a few customers reported an annoying high-pitched sound emitted from the thermostat when the screen light is activated. While these issues detract from its overall usability, they do not overshadow the quality and effectiveness of the device for many users. Overall, the Lux Products TX9000 is tailored for those seeking an efficient and convenient way to manage home temperatures, backed by excellent customer service. Its advantages far outweigh the minor inconveniences mentioned by several customers. **
