Nutritionist's Take
Listerine Cool Mint PocketPaks are designed for quick breath freshening and offer a convenient solution for those in need of instant breath odor control. The active ingredients claim to kill 99% of bad breath germs, which can be beneficial for maintaining oral hygiene. However, these strips contain sugar alcohols and artificial flavors, which may not align with all dietary needs and can be a concern for individuals with sensitivities to such ingredients. Additionally, while they provide immediate freshness, they don't replace regular dental hygiene practices like brushing and flossing. The use of these strips can be suitable for occasional use but should not be relied upon as a sole method for breath control or oral health. Overall, while they may be convenient, consumers should consider ingredient quality and their personal health requirements before regular use.
