Nutritionist's Take
Designs for Health DFH Complete Multi is a well-rounded multivitamin designed to support overall health. It contains essential vitamins and minerals, including 1000 IU of Vitamin D and folate, important for immune function and metabolic processes. The absence of copper and iron makes it suitable for those who may have sensitivities to these minerals or do not require additional intake. The quality of ingredients is generally considered high, aligning with clean label trends in the supplement industry. However, some nutritionists advise that whole food sources should still be prioritized over supplements. As with any multivitamin, the effectiveness can vary based on individual dietary habits and health conditions. Therefore, it is crucial for consumers to assess their personal nutrition needs and consult healthcare providers before introducing a product like this into their routine.
Designs for Health Blended Vitamin & Mineral Supplements Editorial Review
Designs for Health DFH Complete Multi is a comprehensive multivitamin and mineral supplement that provides immune support vitamins, including 1000 IU Vitamin D and Folate, amongst other vitamins. The capsules are not chewable, but they are absorbed well according to a customer's response. It is not a vegan product due to the inclusion of Lanolin in Vitamin D3. The multi-vitamin capsules have different colors due to the variation in pigments. This product is copper and iron-free, which should indicate a pro for those that have an intolerance to those metals. The disadvantage of this product is the customer's complaint regarding the number of pills per recommended serving. Customers have provided reviews of the supplement, speaking highly of its effectiveness and fresh and active vitamins. One customer noticed a difference in their sleep due to its active ingredients, making it difficult for them to dream and stay asleep. They indicated that this could affect a person's sleep pattern. However, another customer complains about the capsule coat coating their tongue, making them lose their senses and the product's rapid breakdown when stored with other supplements. Overall the product seems useful to many customers, with only a few customers experiencing challenges.
