Black Widow Steel Motorcycle Carrier for RVs - 400 & 600 lb. Capacity

The Black Widow Steel Motorcycle Carrier designed for RVs has eluded a Consistent reception among customers. While some users praise its robustness and heavy-duty Construction tailored for RV use, they also highlight significant concerns regarding quality control and usability features. Several reviews note that the carrier arrived with manufacturing defects such as twisted components and broken welds, leading to immediate usability concerns. These experiences suggest that the quality assurance at the factory may not meet Consumer expectations, prompting some users to recommend exploring alternative products. On the positive side, those who managed to assemble the carrier described the setup as straightforward, particularly appreciating the inclusion of multiple receiver bar options. However, some users experienced issues with assembly instructions, citing confusion over metric hardware sizes. A practical enhancement proposed by one reviewer was to remove the existing tire chock to facilitate solo loading and unloading of scooters or motorcycles, showcasing the versatility of the product when adapted. Feedback on the carrier's durability during travel was mixed. While one customer reported success across extensive trips and highlighted its stability when properly secured, others raised valid concerns about specific features, such as the wing nuts for securing the ramp and the quality of the studs, which showed signs of rust over time. Overall, the customer experience with the Black Widow Steel Motorcycle Carrier reflects a dichotomy: potential for usefulness and durability juxtaposed against manufacturing quality and some practical design issues. **
