Answer: Yes, the charger comes with a USB C serial plug and one USB C serial port. However, it also has a pin plug port for charging as well. You can purchase an adapter with a female USB C serial plug on one end and a pin plug on the other if you do not want to use up the one USB C port for charging. It works perfectly. -

Does this laptop not come with a battery? or is it a typo? if does have a battery what is the battery life?
Answer: It has a battery. As to how long it lasts, it is dependent on use and programs running. -

Which operating system? One place says Pro 11 another says Home 10?
Answer: Mine came with Windows 10 Home. I was able to immediately upgrade to Windows 11 Home. It depends on when they loaded the OS onto the computer at the factory. Some still have Windows 10 and the more recent have Windows 11. -

I got power cord that is not for the us. anyone has this happen to you? I contacted the seller to see if they can send me a replacement cord.
