Assorted Fruit Starlights - 2 lbs of Bulk Individually Wrapped Apple Orange Strawberry Lemon Hard Candy

The Assorted Fruit Starlights, a 2-pound bulk option of individually wrapped hard candy, has garnered a mixed reception from customers. Many users appreciate the flavor profile, especially noting the enjoyable taste of the apple, orange, strawberry, and lemon varieties. These candies serve as a delightful treat for those with a sweet tooth, particularly for individuals managing diabetes, thanks to their chewy texture that mimics the gratification of traditional candies without coloring the tongue. However, not all feedback is positive. While flavor is frequently praised, some Consumers found the acidity to be lacking, indicating a preference for a more sour kick. Additionally, there was a notable complaint about the odor of the packaging, with one reviewer expressing dissatisfaction as the candies emitted a strong perfume-like smell even after being removed from their original packaging. This contradiction highlights an unfortunate aspect of the product, as the unpleasant scent overshadowed the otherwise appealing flavors for some. Despite the drawbacks, many customers have repeatedly purchased these candies, emphasizing their quality and taste as a worthwhile indulgence. The affordability of the product is also a common point of contention, with some wishing for lower prices to facilitate more frequent purchases. In summary, while the Assorted Fruit Starlights are celebrated for their delightful flavors and unique chewy texture, concerns about packaging odor and value for money are issues that some customers hope to see addressed. **
