ProTec Alto Sax BM304CTBX Editorial Review
The Protec Micro ZIP Alto Saxophone Case in Hunter Green (Model BM304CTHG) has garnered a mixed but largely positive reception from customers, particularly praising its lightweight design, robust Construction, and slim profile that makes it ideal for gigging musicians and travel. Users appreciate the zipper mechanism, expressing a preference for it over traditional latches due to the added security it offers, especially in forgetful situations. The case comfortably accommodates the saxophone, a neck, and a mouthpiece, with reviewers noting its ability to fit additional accessories like reeds and straps, albeit with limited space for larger items. While the case has been commended for its portability and compatibility with various saxophone models, some users pointed out certain design flaws. Issues mentioned include the positioning of strap rings that affect the case's stability when placed on the floor and an interior that may not provide a snug fit for every saxophone brand. Some reviewers also expressed a desire for added space to store more accessories. Regardless of these critiques, the case is lauded for its appealing design and excellent pricing compared to similar high-end options. **
