The feedback on this particular tea highlights a mix of enthusiastic appreciation and some unexpected disappointments. Many customers express a strong affection for the tea, praising its soothing qualities and delicious flavor. One fan exclaims their love for the tea, emphasizing that it provides both comfort and enjoyment in every cup. However, there are notable mentions regarding inConsistencies in flavor quality across different batches. Some users have experienced weaker flavors compared to their previous purchases, leading to dissatisfaction with particular lot numbers. A recurring theme is the delightful pineapple scent and taste touted by loyal customers, although there have been complaints where these elements were disappointingly absent. While the experiences vary, the overall sentiment leans towards favor, with many willing to overlook occasional quality dips due to their positive history with the brand. **
