What are the dimensions of these document folder organizers?

The document folder organizers are designed in a tabloid size, measuring 11x17 inches. This size is perfect for holding larger documents, brochures, or artwork without folding. Their considerable dimensions make them suitable for organizing presentation materials, company reports, or any large-sized documents. This versatility caters to students, professionals, and anyone needing efficient document organization.

What material are the document folders made from?

These organizers are made from high-quality poly material, known for its durability and resistance to tearing. The clear poly construction allows you to see the contents at a glance, making it easy to locate specific documents. Because of their durable nature, they are perfect for frequent handling in offices, schools, or home settings, ensuring your important documents remain intact and presentable.

How does the snap closure work on these folders?

Each folder features a secure snap closure that helps keep your documents safe and organized. When closed, the snap keeps your files from slipping out, providing peace of mind, especially when transporting them. This feature is particularly useful for students carrying projects to class or professionals taking important folders to meetings.

Can these folders accommodate multiple documents?

Yes, the oversized design of these 11x17 inch folders can hold multiple pages or documents, depending on their thickness. This makes them ideal for storing comprehensive reports, presentations, or artwork. Users can easily categorize and organize their materials, allowing for efficient retrieval and management in environments that deal with a high volume of paperwork.

Are these folders suitable for archival storage?

While these folders are excellent for daily organization, they are not specifically designed for long-term archival storage. However, their transparent design allows for easy viewing, making them suitable for interim use. For long-term preservation, consider using acid-free archival boxes or folders. They still serve as a great temporary solution to keep your documents visible and organized without damage.

What colors are available for these document folders?

These document folder organizers are typically available in clear design, allowing for maximum visibility of contents. The clear option enhances aesthetic while ensuring functionality, as users can quickly identify what's inside. This format is especially beneficial in office environments where organization is key to productivity.

Are these folders waterproof or water-resistant?

The poly material used in these folders offers a degree of water resistance, protecting your documents from minor spills or moisture. While they may not be entirely waterproof, they provide a level of protection that makes them suitable for various environments, such as offices or schools where accidental spills can occur.

Can these folders be used for artwork or larger prints?

Absolutely! The 11x17 inch size is perfect for housing larger prints or artwork. Artists can use these folders to transport their pieces safely without folding or creasing. This makes them a great choice for art students, graphic designers, or anyone needing a reliable way to keep their creations protected and easily accessible.

How many folders are included in one pack?

Each purchase includes 10 pieces of the 11x17 inch document folder organizers. This bulk offering is beneficial for users who need to organize multiple sets of documents or for those running workshops or classes. It ensures that you have enough folders on hand to manage paperwork effectively, making it a practical choice for offices and educational settings.
