Nutritionist's Take
NOW Foods Empty Vegetarian Capsules are a convenient option for those looking to take their supplements in a clean and non-GMO form. Made from plant-based materials, these capsules are suitable for vegetarians and vegans, thus accommodating a wide range of dietary needs. Nutritionists appreciate their filling capacity, as Double '00' capsules can hold a variety of powders or herbs, making them versatile for personalized supplement regimens. However, potential drawbacks include the lack of specific health benefits, as these capsules are merely a delivery method for nutritional substances rather than a source of nutrients themselves. Consumers should ensure that the ingredients they fill these capsules with are of high quality and align with their health goals. Overall, while these vegetarian capsules are an excellent choice for those needing a customizable supplement option, users should focus on the contents filled within them for achieving desired health outcomes.
